Las Vegas KIOF-LP cancels license.

No I am not. ATSC3 Channel 6 stations have extra FCC rules they have to follow.

Application of Part 73 FM Rules

Although FM6 operations are not separately authorized or licensed, the Commission concludes that the public interest will be best served by requiring FM6 operations to be subject to appropriate Part 73 rules that currently apply to full service FM radio stations, including emergency alert and online public file requirements. The Commission also finds that application of certain of the rules is consistent with and required by section 336(b)(3) of the Act. The Commission also concludes that it adopts such rules and policies for FM6 operations under its general Title III authority. Furthermore, FM6 LPTV stations, as they are licensed as LPTV stations, must continue to comply with all applicable Part 73 and 74 rules that pertain to their digital television operations.

KIOF-FM is not on the yet and has never been on the air. Their CP expires on 06/09/2025. Their KVGK-LP license was canceled for failure to be on the air for 12 months.

Given the way they apparently think the system works, why am I not surprised?

Now they have filed again for an experimental station at their old transmitter site at 2435 E Cheyenne Ave. This time on 81.9 MHz.

The first application for 1700 KHz was denied.

She's even nuttier than you think, Paul. Read her Facebook page. Her bio reads like a bad Robert Ludlum novel.
Here is a typical quote from her:

Kaylee Lynn Stein
My method Don't use conventional fuel, We use the method of Electromagnets, to self generate a force field, and artificial gravity. This same type of system is used to push the space craft at it's highest speed.

My analysis: I tried to transport myself using electromagnets, and ended up erasing a bunch of old floppy disks instead.

Have a link to their experimental FM application?

You just can't make this stuff up! I think the FCC should request the body cam footage just because after dealing with their filings, they need a good laugh.
I hope someone requests and posts it on Youtube, there are some wild police bodycam videos on there.

that DUI-alcohol and drugs arrest would explain a TON about this guy and his organizaiton. I cant look right now but can anyone find the police report?
