Kiss Country

A lot of people are confused as to what is going on at KSKS Kiss Country 93.7.There web site stats that a special announcement is coming Tuesday morning about the future of the station and the people working there. Some listeners think there is going to be a format change and all the talent let go.

Anyone have an info on what is really going on.

KSKS is the #1 Country station in Fresno, they blow away KHGE 102.7 big time in the ratings, I dont see a format change. Like many stations in the past, its some promotion gimmick to get people to listen at that time, maybe a new morning show or an up coming concert.

Sounds the same to me, maybe they shifted their on air talent.

"Pop with a twang" - a manufactured knock-off - not much in common with traditional country -

Yea really, not the Country/Western from the past like Johnny Cash, matter of fact you can here the same Taylor Swift songs on sister station Y-101.

It's gonna be Jody Jo back on kiss...she is no longer with KHIT

I heard Jody Jo on KHIT on Friday, where did you here this?

Great Scott, do any of you headphone sniffers have anything CONSTRUCTIVE to say?

Mofocat sez: "'Pop with a twang' - a manufactured knock-off - not much in common with traditional country -"

And bro, when's the last time you heard Elvis on KRZR...or even The Fox? Don't be naive.

PPOR: great handle, too funny.

Sam, thanks! I came up with it YEARS ago...about 15 years to be exact next month when I got OUT of radio, and not by my choice. Although life without has turned out very good!
