One question...Has anyone who has posted negative ever listened to the station at all.

Here is the link so you can......http://www.ksks.com/pages/main
"Pop with a twang" - a manufactured knock-off - not much in common with traditional country -
I agree Nobody plays Bob Wills anymore

True there should be a station that plays Country/Western classics, Tom T Hall, Johnny Cash, Ray Price, and Dwight Yoakam (Streets of Bakersfield is a good song) but unfortunately the demographics for radio is for 18-49, nobody will do that just like 50s and early 60s rock can't be heard.
My parents liked KJWL until they dropped all Standards.
What happen to KINGS radio KZPO they are also gone.

KZPO signal

"What happen to KINGS radio KZPO they are also gone."

I just got a couple new receivers - one a 20 yr old Denon component and a new Grundig G5 portable. They both are getting KZPO with a little antenna tweaking, (no outdoor antenna) while most all my other receivers (10-12 different ones) are a no go for KZPO here in S/E Fresno.

I wonder if they ever got their transmitter back to full power. All 260 watts.

I love it anytime I can go south of Selma and can tune in KJUG AM.
