Chuck said:KLJT is now broadcasting KZQX-FM aka "QX-FM" on their HD-2 channel. It actually sounds pretty good. Is anybody listening? I've had two calls from people who noticed the change. Maybe there are more than a half dozen HD radios in the Jacksonville - Tyler area?

Chuck said:They recently replaced a harmonic filter in their transmision line that was causing major problems. Perhaps that helped.

Even now with 102.3 being HD, it kills 102.7 in Jacksonville because they are just too close to each other. 102.7 cant move because of 103.1 in Pittsburgh. That is the problem with Arbitron turning into the Tyler/Longview market and having all of these regional FM signals that were meant to only cover their citys of license. The whole etex FM band needs to be evaluated and FMs be re-allocated.
