KLTO now playing top 40??

Well... I was thinking that a possible way for SA to get city-grade coverage of Party 97.7, is to either move the stick closer to the city, or rebroadcast the station on another full power station.

Example: "Wild 105.7 and 96.7" in Atlanta, GA

Maybe it can be rebroadcast on 95.1, which means that LaKalle would get the boot. Therefore you have "Party 97.7 and 95.1"

After the Beat, La Kalle actually has the highest cume of any of Univision's SA stations. I don't think it's going anywhere. And 97.7's tower can't be moved any further west because of FCC rules protecting adjacent stations on the dial-- in this case 97.3 KAJA.

Well... then i guess they ARE stuck east of town.

The only good idea I can think of is for them to get a translator.

im listening to Party 97.7 from South Austin, which is a fairly good signal. the sound and dance music mix has a 103.5 KTU feeling to it.

If you think about it KLTO has 4 top 40 stations to go against, they maybe targeted to only San antonio, but people in Victoria can pick them up as well as south Austin, so you have KHFI, KTFM, KXXM, and KVIC (Victoria).
