A very impressive showing, no?

Going from a 9.3 in Winter to an 8.1 in Spring does not impress me much. A loss of 1.2 shares is hardly "roaring" by any account.
KMJ is 6th in 25-54, behind KOND, KRDA, KBOS, KFSO and KMGV. The #1 station in this demo has nearly double the share of KMJ.

Yea, but three of the stations you mentioned are Spanish, that's an apples and oranges comparison.

Now we are throwing red-herring qualifications in to try and justify Wacky's bazaar original statement?
David is right, the numbers show KMJ 'roaring' backwards, losing shares, with FIVE other stations having a larger 25-54 audience.
Do we need to 'qualify' Wacky's wacky assessment until we eliminate 50, 75, or 90% of Fresno's radio listening audience?
Why not just create a demo breakout tailored to KMJ's target audience? Wanna hit the largest audience of the most gullable, easily led, simplistic thinking, reactionary, need-to-be-told what to think, scaredycats? That's where KMJ 'roars'.

Wow ,you really hate KMJ and their listeners.
WackyPants said:Edwardo, how can you justify that obsurd statement? I'm no apologist for talk radio, but give me a break.
#1 is #1. Come on man!

Ken, you've missed the irony in my post. It's not called "hate radio" for no reason. Any sentiments perceived to be expressed in my post are only meant as 'entertainment', for effect; presenting the mirror image, an ironic reversal, so to speak, of KMJ's 9am-10pm, "you are either with us or you're against us (our enemy", program content.
I don't hate even my worst enemy, but I hear a lot of hate coming thru my radio when I tune it to KMJ between 9am and 10pm.
I do hate lying. And I hear an awful lot of that on 580. I wont pretend to be dispassionate.
Sorry if my editorializing diverted from the original topic. Let's get back to looking at where KMJ's numbers are roaring.
Roaring back. LOL What is that? Roaring backwards?
OK Wacky, you say "give me a break", here it is:: define your #1.
