KNHC "Early Roots" Article in RADIO WORLD

This thread is both out of hand, and quite sad. The original poster is a former KNHC staff member looking to gain attention to himself and KNHC. To report the premature death of Larry Adams is just pathetic. I don't usually respond to stuff like this, but this is WAY over the line. If anyone agrees, please chime in.

Hopefully I already made it clear that I agree with your point on this.

Anyone remember when the "obit" for Bob Hope moved down the wire (accidentally) and his publicist called to tell him about it. Hope's line @ reaction: "It isn't TRUE, is it??"

While I remember the Bob Hope story, I don't recall all the details of how that came out.

However, this seems to be different. Here we have someone claiming someone had died to gain attention to himself. Outrageous! But, I guess just a symptom of our society today. Very sad and disturbing.

I agree, but it follows an escalating pattern that "Airwaiver" continues on this discussion board. In my view, posting a rumor like that without at least verification should come with getting kicked off the board. He has crossed the line by starting the thread.

Retired, shoot me an E-mail would you please? [email protected]
