Yes. The worst. Worse than the amateur hosts who conspire against any and all management and fragment the audiences for KPFK. L-Luv's empire is the absolute opposite politically, culturally, and every otherwise. Leave Calvary Chapel to the translators that step on every other non-comm's fringe. Or leave national radio formats to satellite radio. At least KPFK is original. If they go, there's nothing left for a lot of specialized programming on the dial. There's plenty other "Christian" music stations already in LA and nearby.
I think SF could use a good public radio music station. I've often heard in my head an SF version of KCRW - very multicultural and upbeat, similar to what's being done at Radio Milwaukee (WYMS 88.9.)
