If that is true it could mean Kraddick might be leaving Clear Channel since CC owns Premier. Would CBS or Cumulus be smart enough to grab him. There have alway's been rumors of him going over to KVIL. But could he get along with those people?

However, I've heard that, like Ron Chapman, he can be a demanding perfectionist, and those that work with him probably bear the brunt of that endeavor sometimes. (Did I state that diplomatically enough?)
At the time there were rumors that CBS was trying to lure him away but couldn't.

CBS was definitely trying to lure him away. People heard Kidd's messages on Kurt Johnson's voice mail as they walked by Johnson's office. Yes, Kidd, if you read this board, Kurt didn't even have the sense to shut his door when reviewing his voice mail. And I hope, Kidd, that you figured out that Kurt's quite a creepy cat and said "no" to him based on that alone. I'll think a lot more of you if that's the case.
Bill Curtis also tried to get Kidd for KVIL mornings back in the late 90's. It wouldn't have been a good fit. Curtis was starving for control of KVIL since Chapman had always technically outranked him as Ops Manager. I don't know Kidd, but I would imagine he sensed that Curtis would have meddled too much with the morning show. Curtis was also under the delusion that Kidd would need to play more music to succeed at KVIL. I don't think anyone outside of KVIL at the time would have bought into that theory. Kidd was right to stay away.
