There is probably a hole for a female friendly Hot AC that plays everything from what Star, KBIG and Hot - and maybe even KOST - play as far as oldies. Maybe not unlike what Star played on their "Totally Whatever Weekends" during May. It might make a nice complement to Jack and its more rock based oldies. And you could end up stealing a piece of Clear Channel's Wall of Women...
All 80's stations are fading away due to Jack or Jack like stations. The only one that comes to mind now is in Las Vegas and their ratings are way down.
