Being a newer install they may be using an FSK ID. It's available on some of the newer small transmitters and IDs in Morse Code by varying the carrier frequency and eliminates the need for those clunky translator callsign IDs. It is great to have KTSA on FM isn't it? I realy like Jack Riccardi and Sean Rima.
Being a newer install they are probably using the FSK ID that is approved for translators and available on some new transmitters. It shifts the carrier frequency and "taps out" the ID in morse code once an hour. Pretty cool method and avoids those clunky alphanumeric call signs.
