KVIC moves to 104.7

What if a station's 22.5 KW or something? Do they use a 20 KW transmitter and a 2.5 KW transmitter?

No they would use a 10 or 15kw transmitter and go with something like 6 or 8 bays for the antenna to make their ERP of 22.5kw. You will hardly ever see anyone using a 10kw transmitter for 10kw ERP or 20kw transmitter for 20kw ERP. That is too expensive and not efficient at all. The multi bay antenna will have the needed gain to make the full ERP.
