La Invasora launches on 92.5

KJHJ-LP 102.5 is dead air. I also hear dead air on 91.5 that might be the romance translator. 92.5 translator audio keeps cutting out and glitching. La Nueva 94.1 & 107.3 had audio a few minutes ago but is silent. KCDF 96.1 has been dead air for about a week. 95.1 & 98.3 are silent. Not hearing 98.7. 99.5 & 104.5 having audio issues too. 101.7 & 105.3 seem to be good no idea about 106.1. KTSU also appears to be off the air

At a check in NW Harris County around 9:45 this morning the translators on 92.5, 94.1, 99.5 and 104.5 all have severe digital dropouts and stuttering.

95.1 and 98.3 are on with no problems, as is 106.1.

KJFI is still off the air. Only hearing a weak KMAZ on 102.5.

KTSU is on but seems weaker than usual.

DoesnLa Paisa De Zacatecas not know the name of the station she works for? She keeps posting of LA MEJOR but supposedly 104.5 is La Invasora

“Nos fuimos”as in we left. I moved the on air talents and djs over to 104.5 not the Invasora branding .
Thanks for the clarification.

I notice that Romance is now branding with 92.5 instead of 102.5, so staying put? KJFI is still off the air (been gone for a week now) though I hear Romance weakly on 102.5, either KJHJ or K273AL.

I don’t hear branding on 99.5 other than the frequency, which makes me think it’s a temporary format.

I was just north of I-10 in between 45 & 69 and I heard 2 signals on 91.5. One was Romance but there was also one airing silence that was stronger and I didn’t catch RDS. Im curious if anyone has driven near downtown or on the south side and noticed it.

On another note, being so close to KLTN it seemed like it really brought up the noise floor on 102.5 & 103.3. It made KMAZ-LP have a lot of weak spots in the area. Also didn’t hear any trace of a translator on 103.3.

A strong adjacent signal will desensitize the AGC in many radios, degrading reception on close frequencies.
Also didn’t hear any trace of a translator on 103.3.
The KNTH translator is on as normal last I checked. Is KZCV-LP in Baytown still on the air?

Yeah KNTH translator is on the air. Just wasn’t getting it less than 2 miles from KLTN. Every time I’ve been in the area KZCV has been off the air
