Having heard him on 1690 and even when he was on 103.5 "The Beat" a few years back, he would often go on from New Mexico and the line was so clear you sometimes couldn't tell. I don't know much about the equalization, but I'd like to believe it was more of a technical issue than something with Larry's health.
