I wouldn't crow about KRTH or KOST. They were both down. Movin still remails at the bottom of all of the major FM's in the market.jrplbg said:KIIS on top English. I noticed that KRTH is very close to KOST in the 12+. Movin had a jump.

Hope? After nearly one year on the air Movin is a disaster. For the fortune they are paying Dees and his crew and this is all it gets? Listen to the station and you'll see they have very few major advertisers. A 1.2 is EMBARASSING for a major FM in Los Angeles. Movin doesn't dominate or even get close to dominating any demo. Rick Dees use to be the biggest number one morning talent in this market but he has totally lost it and has no clue anymore. His bits sound like they are rehashed from his shows in the 1980's. They don't relate to today. He has a "terrorist" alert color code before every newscast. Who cares and who wants to be reminded of that on what should be a light hearted entertaining show? He even allows himself to be "scolded" on the air about Hispanic culture by Patty "Longlegs" (no talent) Lopez. So much for the "Richardo Diaz" we knew for so long. Rick Dees, I am sorry to say, is a has been.only1moore said:It looks like KMVN has finally moved to a 1.2, so there's hope for them after all.
BTW could this spike might have something to do with KBIG's slip?

not to go off topic here...but is there an actuall gov website that has daily updates on the terrorist color code of the day?
Jack hasn't been sounding all that hot lately. They've been dropping the ball on the imaging and I've heard some obsure songs played as of late. Maybe it's time to move to the next phase like live jocks, the original plan. The novelty is wearing off. Still the best processing in town though thanks to Scott Mason...cbsnomore said:Interesting that both Jack and K-rock are down. Since Keven Weatherly oversees both, I wonder if he's actually been in the building much lately. Surely doesn't appear so. Maybe time to take that record company offer that keeps popping up and bail out of C B Mess Radio?
