As if Tri-Cities needs even more stations on the dial...look at all the LPFM applications! A 92.1 to blot out KUMA (won't happen), two applying for 100.5 (isn't KWIQ already strong down there?), and an LPFM for 103.9 in Yakima (lol - that WON'T happen, right next to KXDD?!) Who is going to listen to these stations?

Also, two CPs for Ellensburg (107.9 - Calvary Chapel and 98.3 from a non-profit arts foundation). This is an underserved area, the 98.3 could be interesting (and KEYW is very weak there). Off-topic, but I've always hoped that Ellensburg could gain a usable classic hits signal...whether it's a translator of Cherry FM or a translator of KCSY/93.9/106.3 Sunny FM up in NCW.
