And if we're discussing someone earning a *total* comp package of $500K to run an entire NFP organization in a market like L.A., then I can't dispute that. But there were two issues way up-thread: what's the value of his *total* comp package, and why is the former guy still sucking an additional $500K per year out of the organization when he hasn't been involved in four years?Especially when that person is responsible for an operation that bills $42 million in annual revenue.
