Actually, I have a close friend who has TWO children, 5 and 1. And the listens to death metal bands like Slayer and Nile(Pretty sure you've never heard of them, look them up). Don't just think because you're close-minded that other people are.

Nile no, Slayer yes.  It's a little odd to let your kindelach listen to music with antichrist themes (why stop there--try the Mentors, they were at least funny).  My kid will tell you his favourite song is Iron Man.  I'll give him credit, because at lest it's got a little bit more of a melody than most Beastie Boys tracks.  What I'm being asked to play repeatedly in the car is Beck's E-Pro and XTC's Senses Working Overtime, not that you should care, but it's amusing enough to share requests for quality rock coming from a two-year-old.  Next concert request has been Beck.

I'm all ears to find out what other music fans on this board have gotten their tykes into.

Haha...I will agree with the antichrist theme, that is pretty funny. But that's pretty cool about the Iron Man song and your son. I remember my dad wanting me to listen to The Clash and The Cure instead of Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg. Now I listen to both of those groups of artists, go figure. It sounds like your son is becoming quite the music fan!
