OK, this one has be cornfuzzled. 
Last I'd heard WNWF filed a license to cover for their move from 1120 to 1140 kHz in December 2016. But for some reason that is no longer listed on FCCdata.org. In its place is something titled "NONS" with no link to anything on the FCC website.
They filed a silent STA in October, claiming flood damage from Hurricane Irma. Which is odd, since Irma was three months prior. And Destin was not exactly in the path of anything really terrible from what I recall.
Now, there's a(nother?) license to cover filed for 1140 kHz, on December 19th.
So… is WNWF on the air, or off the air, or what?
