Live Club Broadcast/Mixshows

A lot of Radio One stations do Live Club Broadcast. They do in Raleigh, DC, and I think Baltimore. As a programmer I don't see the point in doing them unless its a major event. Mixshows can be very effective and can generate numbers if done correctly. 102 Jamz in Greensboro maybe the best example.

For as long as I can remember, Radio One Atlanta has always had either a live broadcast or in studio mixshow Thursday-Sunday 10pm-2am.

;D YAY!!!! MAJIC 107.5/97.5 ATL is back to broadcasting live form Tabu2 Nightclub with SiMan Baby and DJ Silverknight tonight. DJ King Arthur is usually resident DJ but they were jammin tonight! Hopefully Saturday nights are back at Echelon 3000 and Pearl Bistro both live on the radio.

BTW, Philly's POWER 99 mixes Fridays evenings from 5pm-2am and Saturdays 6pm-2am. Cosmic Kev and DJ Diamond Kuts!
