Which is why the NBC show is originating in Florida, and the CBS show is originating in Tennessee. No covid rules there.
Now come on Fox should do its MAGA duty and produce the special! It's like how they have no Vax mandates....oh wait

When it's so bad in NYC that "SNL" has to throw out an episode, it's bad.
Keep in mind that last year they did Times Square, but with limited audience.
They may do the same this year, but I doubt they'll cancel.

Maybe they can figure out how to do it with the right number of essential workers again.
They did have vaccines last year but there were no variants making things worse.
Outdoor also makes a difference as does the reports that part of the SNL issue was a known “outbreak” (or whatever term one wants to use). It’s not necessarily apples to apples.
Fox News is slowly, but surely migrating from their "values" and going with the status quo. Also, FOX the entertainment channel is different from Fox the news channel, and hence they are doing things separate from FNC. One could point out that FOX looks out for FNC, like the penalties they imposed when both the Simpsons and Family Guy made fun of FNC, but still, FOX is still a different thing.

Yep that's what I said in 187. The first responders were also the first to get vaccinated.
🤣 Note but this is Fox Entertainment and they were supposed to air a special for the Fox O&O's not from Fox News. However I can see local Fox O&O's like KTTV, KTVU, KCPQ and KSAZ step in and fill in the cancelled special from Fox Entertainment for local new years edition under the expanded news banner.
It’s rather short notice to mount a local production of any scope.
