They should simulcast NJ 101.5 on multiple frequencies creating a network of them to "REALLY" cover NJ. Buncha liars!

I agree, I live in Essex County and 101.5 is very hard to pick up. The signal really drops off north of I-78.

I'm in Ocean County and 101.5's signal starts getting wobbly here as well. Essex County, like much of Ocean, is a distant reception area for this station.

Millenium probably figures that people outside their listening area will listen to 101.5 either online or on their smartphones, eliminating the need for multiple frequencies. 97.3 in Millville which used to simulcast 101.5, was flipped to ESPN two years ago.

Here's the map:

Magic 98.3's music selection sucks compared to how it was in the past. They used to be #1 or #2 every book, till about 2009 when they added music that's more fitting on rhythmic CHR than on AC.

Instead of staying with Charlie Sheen....a similar topic of NJ actors/actresses who possess attitude might have run better but those two seem to be on their own page.....Casey delivers a point and Ray cackles, Any takers for a replacement?

The only host on 101.5 I have any use for is Jim Gearhart in the morning, with Eric Scott anchoring news. When they sign off at 10 AM, I'm outta there! The rest of the hosts could never work at a big market talk station!

I realize Gearhart is probably close to retirement. Eric Scott would make a fine successor, since he has filled in for Gearhart when he's on vacation. :)
