You know, I have never been able to decide about that. Do you point out how often people move on by bringing it up or just move on with the new person and let it slide? I guess I also think that if you tell them on the ones that ended good then they will figure out when you don't tell them and then want to know "what did he/she do wrong?" I don't know... maybe one day I'll figure it out!. Thanks for understanding.
