All I know is my friends ALL listened to radio for Mancow and now they don't. I know in Robert Feder's Sun Times articles he ragged against the big corporations. Isn't there a lawsuit happening now or something? Didn't CBS and his old company team up against him? Illegal no? He did not sell out and go to XM! He has been true to his listeners and his legacy will be a wonder. He is a free speech guy! Listening to him online BETTER than ever. Also where werw Q's ratings with Mancow? Where is Q101 now? The proof is there, you just have to look.
 
I know it's your first week using the irishivy name Eric, but really, we don't care if you want to be back on the radio in Chicago. Can't you just listen to your old airchecks and leave us alone?
 
We are doing quite well on the morning drive without Mancow...they are plenty of excellent choices available. Nobody seemed to be really sad when his former station got rid of him.

Muller would still fit in well in Chicago..

As his show is garbage, along with pretty much everything else on in the mornings.
 
Do you work for q101? You can't be serious. Mancow is on many states. He's on FOX. His political commentaries win awards. Read Feder! On the national scene there is no bigger Chicago radio talent than Mancow.

Why so hateful? I think Turd is cleaning up his closed ice cream shop. I like Mancow's show and think it is way better than what is on the air now is all I'm saying.

I ran across a video on YouTube of Mancow doing man on the street interviews referring to City Church and asking about christianity.
Is he a religious freak or what?

I can't hear him where I am and I'm just curious.

Saw Mancow at The Chicago Theater for the Ray Davies (Kinks) show. Knew he'd be there. I rememvber talking about how The Kinks played his Wedding. Mancow looked 10 years younger!
 
Actually his name is spelled Erich. But enough of that.

This guy went from making a 7 figure salary to basically peddling his smut on WTTW 1 night a week for chump change. He is being broadcast in 5 small (and I do mean small) cities. He is paying over $10,000 per month for studio rental in River North, and not even making a 6 figure salary now. He is relying on his website to generate a cash flow by selling his stolen phone bits and underwear.

He could have make a nitch for himself but tried too hard to be like Limbaugh and Stern all in one Chicago is not a city that will tolerate that crap. We are a smart city. And will put up with just about anything..hell, look at Eddie and Jobo?!?

Just goes to show you that when you think you have it all, it can be taken away just like THAT!!
 
The show sounds better than ever, in my opinion! He is on a lot of good markets ( Houston, SF, Atlanta, Baltimore, New Orleans, Knoxville...those are not "small" cities?) I thought I was a big fan just got done with his book, GREAT read. But you seem to know alot more?? Chicago does not go for everything look at Q101 without the Mancow...Rumor has it he was hanging with Chris Chelios the other night at the U.C. I would have loved to have been in that box listening to those two Chicago heros chat it up. Mancow would be WAY better and more accepted in CHICAGO than the rumor of the I-Man going to WLS...No?
 
Many of his stations are 2nd or 3rd tier talk stations with some rock stations mixed in. Here in New Orleans he's on an AM station that has a .6 rating (and he's not helping, the morning slot has lost over 60% of the audience pre-Mancow).
 
Mancow, Brandmeyer, and Steve Dahl, are sad in the way Zepplins are sad. They wish to soar but they are using a technology this is old and largley forgotten. -Robert Feder Chicago Sun Time 6/21/06

It figures that Muller would hang out with Chelios, each is a traitor, a sell-out and a has-been.

Imus has about as much Chicago flavor as Muller has had for about 10 years. I.E., NONE.
