She didn't leave on her own. Icky pushed her out and then had Riggs lured into an early retirement so he could make room for Steven Kilbreath.

It's more like one PD who also programs AM 1090 - some shared time from the production department - and the RCS Master Control automation system. Not at all like Jack in Lalaland.
