Market #12,376 vs Market #32

I have got to pipe in here. I've worked with Larry several years ago. He knows RADIO!!! Every station that Larry has operated sounded GREAT! I've worked in some pretty big markets (New Orleans, Memphis, Birmingham etc) and I can honestly say that I learned more about radio from Larry than anyone I've worked with. If he says Las Vegas radio is bad, I trust his judgment. But then again, radio is pretty bad most places these days. It's just not what it used to be.

Where is Bill Drake when you need him? (any of you familiar with the history of Los Angeles Radio knows who Bill Drake is, & for those of you who don't, perform a Google search, & enjoy a little history.)

Jay Ford. This is a radio board, not a fan board. Vegas radio sucks.
It's the truth, I worked there in the 80's. The talent was better then.

I tried several names that just kept coming back "taken" so I went back to what several of you guys call me. Craig still calls me Captain Boogie. I actually used that back at WXXX when I was 17 or 18. I got it from somebody at KDWB in Minneapolis.
