How confusing can it get? Why didn't they just call them Me-TV and Our-TV?
When WCIU returned from ethnic/specialty TV to general entertainment they dubbed themselves "The U"
Kind of like how radio stations use one of their call letters like WBBM is B96
So you have "The U."
Then the had a low power channel, to which WCIU moved what remained of it's business/ethnic programming to. They too a few hours off of this channel and put old sitcoms on it. They called it "Memorable Entertainment Television" (or Me-TV for short)
When they went full time with old shows on this low power station, WCIU bought another low power TV station, and moved the ethnic programing there. Then as a play on "The U" they named this low power station "ME-TV"
Get it "The U" and "Me-TV" (Let's all laugh")
Then Me-TV was a hit, so WCIU moved the ethnic programming from that other low power station and named it "Me-Too" which is like saying "Memorable Entertainment Also"
The ethnic programing went to WCIU subchannel
Dec 1, 2010, WCIU got rid of the ethnic programming all together and renamed the subchannel "U-Too" and right now it is on 26.6 but they are moving it on Dec 15, 2010 to 26.2
You get it U-Too on 26.2 (yet another play on words - Too and Two)
