Mega Moves to 99.3 FM, Something “New and Exciting Is Coming to 104.3 FM at 3:00 P.M. Today”

99.3 is a translator and cannot therefore have a traditional full station callsign.
If they use a "frequency shifting box" which nobody hears for the FM translator, then the AM parents's 3 or 4 call letters and city of license is all that's required. Even the FCC realizes that station ID's are an unnecessary burden.* Sooner or later except for "branding" there will be no required station ID.

*Back before WW2 aircraft could "vector" using AM stations. Especially at night. Analog tuning tube radios were not all that stable. The station ID insured you were vectoring off of 650 WSM Nashville instead of 660 New York.
 
But if I were a potential client, I certainly would. Jingles in an ad for a law firm tell me that they are less than professional (and Rafi is one of many guilty firms). They are apparently more interesting in marketing than representing their clients.
Professionalism is entirely subjective - the word literally means "what you profess to do." On what basis do you believe it's unprofessional? I'm not aware of any ethics guidelines that prohibit...*gasp*... jingles in advertising.

Jingles in most cases are OK, but lawyers are supposed to have standards (yeah, right!). Prior to 6/27/1977, lawyers weren't allowed to advertise on radio or TV. That was the day SCOTUS allowed it as a free speech issue in Bates vs State Bar of Arizona. Big mistake in my view, but it's way too late to put the ambulance-chaser back in the bottle.
