Melissa Forman - Lite's OUT!

WEBH (fm) was onwned by Buddy Black. The calls have been around Chicago since the 1920's on a different station.

The studio was in the hotel lobby.

The Edgewater Beach Hotel. Nice place back then.
 
When I worked there in the summer of '67, there were some rodent problems - and some water (flooding) problems, that got worse in a hurry, closing off a few hallways.

The "glory days" of this really beautiful place were over. There are some beautiful pictures of this structure if you Google.
