Most of BJ's show is completely staged.
When Double R acts like he doesn't kmnow what's going on, more times than not during the break BJ will tell him what he wants him to do.
I won't say this episode with the Rev was staged or not but given that most of the stuff on BJ's show is staged or just him taking things way too far until you can't even call it beating a dead horse because it's been beaten so much it's unrecognizable as to what kind of animal it once was - see the incident with Billy Duffy of "The Cardboard Vampires".
BUT given the hostory of that show anything is possible.
The Rev's a good kid if he was truly hurting and needed some time off I wish him the best but if this was staged it was Lame with a capital L !
