MIA: Roula, Ryan, and Eric

Hi, kel. I believe their non-competes are not up at this time, but they will be returning very soon. I am also anxiously awaiting their return. They were the only morning radio show I would listen to on my way to work.

While I'm sure the industry has done a good job to create the cynicism witnessed on this board, I would hope that people in the industry would actually remember that some of the people reading these boards are listeners. Way to alienate the audience.

That is the foundation our website was built on. Preserving rock and roll music on the radio. Clear Channel was the inspiration for our anger when KLOL was flipped. I do agree with you that it seems Clear Channel is blamed for absolutely everything wrong with radio on our board, because we have several members that aren't as radio savvy as you and I are, and do not know anything else besides what they have read about Clear Channel, and the conclusions they have reached over the past year of research on the company and it's ethics. As a fellow member of RockAid, JCR, I believe you know the mission statement, and the fire that drives it's members.

You are right, and my irritation of this re-hashed thread got the best of me. My apologies to Mr. Kaos for this ill statement.

Here's where we are worlds apart. Every time it's brought up, the topic becomes a Roula and Ryan vs. Sam Malone catfight. Why can't their be legitimate discussion on these topics instead of "Sam sucks, and Ken Charles has his head stuck up Sam's butt, and that's the only reason Sam left KRBE."

In fairness, I was hasty with my post, and it came off as rude. I am sorry, as this is not my typical character. My apologies to the original poster. I was attempting to curb the onslaught that I thought was coming, but nonetheless, I shouldn't have made the statement I did. I need to pick a cigarette back up. I am stressing. Now that is the type of humility and objectiveness I wish John Davis would have shown the poster commenting on his question.

He was inquiring not whining, there is a difference John Davis (You may not like people asking about Roula & Ryan & Eric anymore but it will still come up).

so for you bozos that are haters to the roula & ryan show they have never left houston they reside here has always an well be. they are in the process in returning to the houston air waves so you haters just get ready to hear the best radio in houston has ever had. stevens &pruett were okay in there daybut houston radio has changed alot in the last 20 years you probably dont remember that 96.5 was 97 rock with moby. so radio has changed in all those years but houston 's listeners have bee wanting a decent family radio show for years to enjoy with there children since we all are on the go all the time shuffling kids around constantly. so haters beware they are coming back!
