Miami Move-In Filed @ FCC for 104.3

Yep 60db or less in Miami. That will impact value of the station.

Others have pointed you to maps of the coverage from the site specified in the application for a CP applied for in the last few weeks.

You may not have taken into account that the station is applying to move to a totally different city of license, one that is at the Southeastern corner of Broward County.

What may also be a bit confusing is that the station had a CP... for a change in the operation at the old city of license... essentially an increase in antenna height of a bit over 200 feet at the same location. That's not the CP just filed for, which involves moving the whole station from one market to another and the total change of transmitter site, too.

The proposed site is one of the thousand-foot towers just above the Dade / Broward line. It's 100 kw at about 280 meters, and covers the markert just fine

My apologies. Looks like several coverage maps are floating around. The FCC map was not available (at the time of my previous post). It looks like they had another CP upgrade prior to the sale.

I should have known it was going to be on the Dade/Broward tower. ;D
