The real story is....I didn't like country music growing up...when i started my DJ business I had to play It and I started liking It....likewise in the late 70's at the tender age of 32 I had to play rap and liked the early stuff....later gansta rap didn't appeal to me (still doesn't),but Will Smith, Salt N Pepa, Sugarhill Gang did. I am a big fan of Snoop , Tupac, and Dr Dre...for their hook beat and great dance stuff, certainly not their lyric content. They can definitely get a Groove On.
