Millennium Fires WOBM-FM and WCHR-FM talent

My sources tell me that Millenium is on the block, hence the firings. FYI Debbie Mazella was not fired, she fought to be released from her contract and won. With one of the best voices that ever went through a microphone and a very sharp radio mind, Deb is a great boost for Greater Media and WMGQ.
 
Mazella WAS fired.... I know that for a fact. Same with Dan Turi who is now at The Breeze.
 
Looks like Press picked up Brian Moore too. Heard him on 98.5 last week. Nothing like being able to use their jocks against them. Dumb move for Millennium.
 
Deb was Not fired from the Point! She saw the writing on the wall and left on her own terms.
 
I am guessing that these firings were simply budget related and nothing else. Oddly, some other staff members who are "tight with the right manager" are still gainfully employed there. It certainly pays to have connections.
