Hee, hee, I didn't get it before, now after reading this thread, I realize why lfuss was so beligerant about Moby on another thread. He is his friend and is trying to promote his show. He has lost all objectivity. Moby is the WORST!! I hate WNGC's morning show with him. His whiny voice, that stupid rooster, and that robotic voice---ugh! I can't even listen to the station at other times of the day anymore, because they play his promos, like we really care. So I'm sure I'm not the only listener that has abandoned WNGC. I've moved on to greener pastures and a much more pleasant-to-the-ears station. And when I see Tim Ciccarelli next week when he is photographing my daughter at ballet class, I will tell him how much I miss him and how great he was on WNGC. The station will never be the same without him.

BLuhhhhhh! Retch! Sadly for the Athens area.

It blows my mind what people think is good radio. Moby is considered one of the best jocks in the country. If you ever go to national radio seminars like the Conclave In Minneapolis or other similar conventions. You will have videos playing of what industry pros consider "radio legends" Moby is considered a Major Market Radio legend. He's a recognized legendary talent.

Yep. Moby is a friend... so what? I don't personally care for some of his down home Hee-Haw stuff either, but listeners love it! And that's what really matters!

I have yet to be able to listen, but he seems like a genuine person...
