Ok, ok , ok, here is a question for the board. Now, this is a matter of opinion type answer which will mean all are welcome to chime in, even you Neil! I can imagine the roller coaster ride it might be from a progamming or producer point of view, but as 92.5 The Bear has had over 12 changes in the on air dept. and even more changes in station personnel over roughly a 2 year period, how is this viewed from an industry standard or even a media buyer/marketer? I could not help but think that a Gm for a Cox, Cumulus, Clearchannel, or other corporate media entity would be allowed to keep their job. Ha,ha,ha, just had a funny thought! The investors of this radio station have such a strong portfolio they need it as a loss/write off investment!!!!! Maybe a 1st for radio but not for Joe Pedicino (ssshh do not bring up that "track record" thing again)
