neither does CW
It appears to be in weekend syndication now. The MyNet station here has been airing it on Saturday late nights in addition to the regular MyNet lineup.
...except for the aforementioned Saturday morning block.
Not Philadelphia, which is still a Top 10 market.

Not a traditional indy in the lot.
Not really part of the market, since its studios and transmitter are on the other side of the a mountain in Allentown. It doesn't really reach most of the market, is not included on most cable systems south of the City. Calling WFMZ a Philadelphia station would be like calling WGAL part of the market.
The Saturday live concert is an intriguing idea. Certainly there have to be plenty of people in the music industry willing to latch onto this as a promotional vehicle.
