NANCY AND JEFF...JEFF FIRED

I just had to make a comment!
Jeff, I'm sorry, but I really enjoyed you on Mix in the morning. I thought you brought a breath of
fresh air to what became a "bla, bla, bla, HI, I'm Nancy a boring repetitive drone". I really need to get this
off my chest.
I used to be friends with Nancy. Believe me when I tell you, you were in the Pit with a snake.!!!
We were friends or so I thought for two years. I see the way she patronizes people and is charming until she gets what she wants.
After that you mean nothing to her.
Even when she was working with Mike Reeves, she would say nasty things about his family to me and others because
she was so above him and everyone else. If you google her, she is doing an interview on a internet radio/TV show where
interviewer asked "where is Mike???" She said "were not here to talk about Mike. We are here to talk about
ME". Mike left only because of the abuse he took. Her way of feeling good is to put others down when she sees them gaining ground. I heard her do
that to you on the air telling people it was for legal issues, and its not professional. You don't deserve it, nor anyone else.
I ended my friendship with her after her second DWI arrest because of the lack of remorse she had. All
the ads, apologies, and public service time was a show for the public. I know because she complained about
doing it all the time. Fox gave her one option and she had to take it!
I learned who she really is, that's when I knew my friendship had to end. She may be all smiles
when people are around, but it's a dark place where her mind lives. Good luck.

I wonder who is hated more, Nancy Alexander or Hillary Clinton?

Oh yeah, and full disclosure: I happen to love the chick! I even tried to get the gig after Jeff.

Bro, you're a gluten for punishment.

Maybe that's why so many people say they can't stand Nancy-- ALLERGIES!
Lots of people are very sensitive to gluten. They get boiling mad when someone pasta them by and makes more dough than they do. Oy.
I never had to work directly with Nancy, but I've always thought she is intelligent and hilarious, both on TV and radio. Jerry Lewis was considered a great comedian (the French worship the guy), and was apparently NOT a very nice man personally- WHO CARES. Judge the performer by their performance, and leave personal issues out of it. If someone is very difficult to work with, well hey- welcome to reality!

Touché MisterNews! What can I say...I’m cross-eyed.
My reference to him (gluttin) was in regards to his attempts. If you’ve read through this blog, I’ve made many positive references to Nancy’s talent and stature.

Your telling someone that you have a list of Tips for Chris Randolph! Sir where are you? You called Bubba last week on the air during his morning show trying to get a on air gig with him!

The tips are in reference to help him better the show. Don’t assume things you don’t know for certain. We all know what happens when you assume things.
I don’t know where your disgruntled information came from, but there was never a call made to the Bone to try for a gig. I sent an email asking to sit in and watch a show - not join it.
Whenever I have the chance to expand my knowledge in radio, I do it.
I’ve been to other morning shows, and no one has accused me of trying to get a gig there. It’s called networking and education. Weather your on a show or not, it’s a great idea to expand your knowledge.
Like Big Rig said, I wish we all could use our real names here. That way I could address Butters925 properly, and maybe get some constructive criticism instead of someone trying to stir the pot again.
I’m sure you have a lot of experience judging by your comments - I’d love to hear from you. Feel free to email me.

Wow, strong opinion for such a small comment. Looks like Mr...or is it Mrs. Butters925 has a sore spot.
Mrs. Butters925 can’t read either. He has a job if you actually took the time to read.
I don't blame him for calling other stations. You can't blame him for trying to get a job.
I think that Mrs. Butters925 sounds like someone I used to know.

I did mornings with Jeff back in the day. Don't get the wrong idea from this board -- He's one of the most humble, creatively talented people I know and a master networker. He's a blast to work with and he's not paying me to say that either. The fact that he landed Tampa didn't surprise me at all. He absolutely has the talent and the passion. The fact that he was let go didn't surprise me either, as we talked privately quite a few times leading up to it about the troubles he was being put through at CC. It's a real shame that what happened, happened, but let's not kid ourselves for a minute that when somebody gets fired in radio, it's automatically their fault.

When a women gets her third divorce, it is very normal to assume that
maybe it is her, not all the husbands. I would think the same logic
would follow when a woman goes through three different partners on a
radio show.

Most of us who know Jeff know that he has a big heart and would do anything to help people out. Anyone with the same heart and decent conscience would not set him up for failure (or getting fired). I only know Jeff and his family so I cannot speak of anyone else but him. The situation he is in is only temporary as he is very successful at whatever he does. That comes from hard work, compasison, and HONESTY. If you think of Jeff otherwise then you really don't know him.
