And maybe we can get FOX NEWS license revoked for spweing out radical right wing propaganda?
1. Fox News doesn't have, nor does it require, an FCC license. It's not possible to revoke something that does not exist. Fox News is a content provider, not a station owner. Fox Television Stations, Inc. is the licensee for the News Corporation O&Os. It is legally a separate company, wholly owned by News Corp. It has nothing directly to do with Fox News Channel other than common corporate ownership.
2. Do both of you have a problem with the First Amendment? Apparently so. "Tree hugger propaganda" and "radical right wing propaganda" are both protected under our Constitution. If somebody thinks that one, the other, or both are total BS, too bad. Don't watch if you don't like it.

First,, my comment about FOx News license was just plain sarcasm, making a point that if one thinks NBC is slanted and should have their license revoked, the same should happen to Fox.
Second, I have no problem with the first amendment, where did you get that from. Again, just another comparison,, if us "Tree Huggers" should not be allowed to speak the "TRUTH", why should the other side be allowed to speak their brand of "Truth".
Theres BS on both sides of any issue,, because of how we have turned news programs into political outlets,,, both left and right. I happen to support the "Greening" of America. If JUulius Leonare Marx desn't, thats his decision, but that is no reason to call for that information to be suppressed or a media outlet to lose their license because he doesn't agree with their programming.

Networks, per se, are not licensed. The stations they own are. No stations, no network.
Various FCC rules regulate networks and/or govern their ability to secure independent affiliates. Same thing for cable channels and cable systems. The FCC can and does regulate networks and cable channels, when it decides to.
Radio stations manage to embrace political correctness and right-wing talk radio (irony noted). GE is a major industrial polluter and war contractor and does a "green" stunt promotion. Maybe think if you save a few watts by changing light bulbs, nobody will notice corporate and industrial energy use (like all those big buildings lit up all night long). Maybe they remember Alfred Nobel who made millions as a munitions maker and war profiteer but is remembered for the small part of his fortune he used to start a peace prize. Or Joe Pulitzer, a publisher of trashy newspapers.
