Your points on demanding better are well taken. And a good
product is easier to sell. And when I sold WARM, I maintained
to the powers that be at the time that they should've been kissing,
not booting our behinds for the quality of advertisers and
revenue we brought to that sorry mess. (Which is why I was
former Citadel rep number 68 in 14 months. BTW, we're forming
an Alumni Association). We can demand all the better we want
but the bottom line rules everything. Sadly.
