Large cume + low share can mean a couple of things:

1. Lots of people try the station and don't like it.
2. If you have no signal, people punch out quickly because they can't listen to it.

So yes, you've successfully used cume to demonstrate that the signal sucks.

You clearly know nothing about formats then. Rhythmic and Top 40 are large cume and lower TSL formats. That is radio 101. KKFR is pretty steady around the top 10 18-49 in share. KVIB in recent months has been top 10 18-34, 18-49, and 25-54.
