New Format For 1540 WDCD-AM

Is WDCD-1540 at full power? Drove thru northern Rensselaer (sp?) County today, about 35mi from the 1540 Tx site. Listening on a factory Delco car radio that is almost deaf on AM, I would say that 1540 is at or near full power.
