New Liners for Jack FM

I thought it would be interesting for us to come up with new liners for Jack FM. Here is my submission:
No news, no weather, no sports, no traffic, no time checks, no DJ's, no music format, no community involvement.....eliminating all the things you like about radio..Jack FM

What the hell do we care. We'll run this format until the wheels fall off and change it to something else....104-3 Jack-FM.

We took Dick Biondi,Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Radio Hall of fame inductee, off the radio....for this..104-3 Jack-FM

We're Jack FM...The only people who like Joel Hollander. 104-3 Jack FM

We feel bad that Chicago lost legendary Broadcasters....We're crying all the way to the Bank...104-3 Jack FM.

"We're the best! Just ask Joel Hollander. 104-3 Jack-FM."

"We are what Chicago wants! Joel told us so. 104-3 Jack-FM."

"We know this is what you like. So listen to 104-3 Jack-FM."

Here's a show for Jack: "Ask Joel"

LMAO that'd be the highest ratings the station could get!

Oldies get a life already. I think it was meant as a joke and funny as hell I might say. There's no doubt stations like Jack is what is killing radio and when the fad has come and gone, we'll all look back and laugh at the fools who thought JACK was the future of radio.

"Don't like it? F&%#K you. You're a geezer anyway. 104-3, Jack FM."

And now another voiced sweeper by someone who makes Steven Wright sound perky and upbeat on 104.3, Jack-FM

we're all humbled- NOT!

(since my previous post in this thread was deleted, here we go again):

I'm stunned at the mountain of creativity going on here. Those in radio must be truly amazed at your efforts.

Hope none of you are currently in radio (or, at least, we hope you're on the small market AMs your perspectives seem to come from). Your level of negativity and critical spirit are unimpressive and quite sad.

If you ever have anything positive or constructive to add to the conversation, please let us know- it would be a total shock.

Jack voice-over guy

The sweepers are by a guy named Howard Cogan (I believe he's from Ontario)... evidently he does voice work for nearly every Jack format station in the US and Canada (or a hella lot of them, anyway). I don't know that I'd consider using him if I was programming any station myself, but I find his style amusing to listen to.

Re: we're all humbled- NOT!

Now c'mon, this is the most entertaining post I've read in weeks. I say, let 'er rip!

WE'RE negative???!! Every one of these posts is satirizing the negative attitude of the real Jack liners. We're just having fun with it. It's a chance to be a little more creative than any of us are allowed to be at our major market radio jobs anymore. Got a problem with that? 104-3 Jack FM.

And you are? Just another "no one" like every other person behind a user name on this and any other forum. A lot of industry folk prefer to be anonymous here. Lot more people in the industry here that don't fess up. So be it. It is allowed and they get to "release" what they feel but can't in the industry, and if they did they could lose their jobs.

Point is: If you are in the industry, and don't sign your name, don't wave the sarcastic finger at anyone. You want to do that, sign your name next to the X, and back yourself up pal. This forum is for INDUSTRY folk, and NON-industry folk.

Finally, your post within this thread is the least constructive as it has NOTHING to do with radio. But it don't deserve deletion, your tone and disposition speak volumes about you.
______________
