Had to look at the info tab...
And yes, the original CP shows as expiring on 8/8...BUT... as pointed out before, it could have automatically been extended by the FCC. I don't believe the database entry that is already there for them would be able to be edited. If not, that's why it shows that 8/8 date.
The CP is "Tolling", which means it will be extended for additional time. Looking at the public notices, it appears that it was tolled based on the fact that it was tied up in review because Cox filed petitions to try and get the CP dismissed due to their attempting to move in 95.7 Piqua. No organization can be expected to build out a CP that is at risk of being dismissed, so the FCC allowed an extension based on the fact that a portion of the construction window was useless due to the then-pending Cox petition.
That makes sense. Tolling is a word I hadn't heard before wrt permits. But yes, it will be extended...I suspect that they'll get another 6-8 months, mainly because of the time taken by the tolling process, but possibly partly due to weather, if they have to do any transmitter/antenna stuff on a tower. I don't know what they have in terms of equipment...last I heard they still needed a transmitter.
This week will mean a trip to Media Bridges for answers...or a phone call...
