In that case, Billkex, I've got a hunch you'll be more content with radio in the Valley again.

Isn't John Rook the man responsible for creating the powerhouse that WLS was in the 60s & 70s?

I think what makes WLS FM more enjoyable is their selection & variety of music.
One minute they may play Ruby Baby by Dion, the next minute it may be Turn the page by Bob Seger.
They cover a wider variety of years & a better selection.
Unlike KOOL where they play the same 100 songs over & over (in various order) How many times in a day can you play Margaritaville? Enough already!

Also...Doesn't Lee Bortel ever go home?
