yeah. unless they where planning on a re branding (and at this point, they might as well, unless they want to remind people of how great they where in the past, and no longer are...their music selection has totally changed from what it was) why wouldn't they use the call letters?
The only big name DJ they have left from the golden era is race taylor. todds reputation (if you know to look it up online) is all but trashed and tarnished. Ralphie doesn't count, he's still too new, and syndicated I think. Looking at PLJ's website, never heard of anyone else they have listed, so they are all expendable. well, maybe minus joey kramer. I think he's been around more than 10 years there.
just wipe the slate clean, keep race, make him the new morning guy to train the newbies and start fresh. make it a modern hits station. nothing older than 2005. play from all different genres, including country. sometimes it's nice to keep up on the new music, so long as it's good.
