Could we see another Hot AC Station Here In LA on CBS Station

In terms of CBS stations, the only station remotely in danger is KTWV-FM. It is tied with Jack for the lowest rating out of all the CBS FM stations.
Still, JACK has low overhead, compared to KTWV.

Now that it is #1 in 6+ and #3 in 25 to 54- it seems like the most likely station to need a challenger. KTWV can be the KAMP lite version much like KBIG is the KIIS lite version.

Even KOST and KYXY play songs more recent than 1999's Smooth. That and Selena's I Could Fall In Love are the only two 1990s songs that KRTH plays. KRTH also plays Super Freak, I Feel For You, Boogie Wonderland and I Love Rock 'N Roll, which ain't exactly gonna be heard on the Love Songs on the KOST program.

Changes
As of late summer L.A. will be losing KDAY for the second time due to a buyout and format change. and KHHT Returns to KJLH 102.3 once again. as KJLH-FM Radio Free returns to 92.3 FM, two frequencies.
I don't know much about LA radio, but when was the last time 93.9 drew decent ratings? Were they still country?wdb2003 said:What about KXOS?
