NH's Hit Music Station - 87.9 the beat

I've always wondered... what's the point? Sign on a low-powered station that no one can hear. Turn on the transmitter now and then, so you'll never have an audience anyway. Then have the FCC knock on your door and levy a hefty fine on you.

I can think of better ways to spend $10,000.

Usually they issue you a warning to shut it down immediately and if you do nothing happens. It is tough collecting fines from pirates to begin with.
