Anecdotal evidence of what?

I was being sarcastic. Every time I mention something I have run across in my daily travels I am lambasted by another poster for relaying "Anecdotal Evidence."
The story, however, is true. Kinda funny, no?

Oh, sorry. Sometimes sarcasm is a little tough to recognize in print only.

It is funny though, I agree. Or maybe more so, odd. Maybe the guy just likes to have the newest toys? Or did he say he was buying it for Stern in particular?

I look at the Stern thing this way. He's getting 500 million dollars? And here's all the rest of the poor terrestrial radio schlubs, most of us making somewhat less than that. Ask yourself if you think Stern would give you 13 dollars a month to listen to you.

Truth is, Stern does one show...over and over and over. It wasn't really worth it when it was free. His show is about titillation and if the same stimulus can provide someone with titillation over and over and over and it never gets old for them, then I'd guess that person is not likely to crack a hundred on an IQ test. (Isn't this where the Sternphiles start quoting statistics about all the doctors and professionals who listen? Save it.)

Anyone subscribing to Sirius strictly because of Stern has some sheep chromosomes mixed in there somewhere along the way. Or lemming.
