I live in Gary Indiana and WRZA gets lots of bleedover from WHFB Benton Harbor Michigan because those 2 99.9's are short-spaced. I live on the edge of the primary contour. If I want to listen to the Benton Harbor 99.9, I just point the antenna toward Benton Harbor, but usually I point it toward Peotone Illinois so I can get WRZA in. As for WRZA having their 50kw tower near Kankakee, the station has to keep it where it's at if the station wants to keep their grandfathered short-spaced 50kw station. Otherwise if the station relocated the tower closer to the COL of park Forest, it would have likely been knocked down to a Class A, since the station is short-spaced with 99.5 & 100.3 in Chicago. I forgot how many stations they're short-spaced with, but I do know they're short-spaced with at least 3 99.9's.
